A man from the Crumlin area of Dublin appeared in court yesterday charged with murdering Mr Patrick Campbell of the Irish National Liberation Army on October 6th last.
Mr Daniel Finnegan (18), of Rutland Avenue, was remanded in custody after appearing on a single charge of murder. A Garda inspector told Dublin District Court that when he preferred the charge, Mr Finnegan replied that he had nothing to say.
Mr Campbell (22), from west Belfast, died after a fracas at Ballymount Industrial Estate in west Dublin.
