Munster will meet pre-tournament favourites Leicester in next month’s Heikenen Cup final after the defending champions overcame Llanelli in Nottingham today.

The English league champions required a dramatic last-minute penalty from fullback Tim Stimpson to earn a 13-12 victory over the Welsh side and book a place in Cardiff on May 25th.

With his side facing defeat, Stimpson struck an astonishing penalty from 58 metres which hit the bar and then the upright before going over.
