The High Court will issue its judgment today on whether the Dublin West TD, Mr Liam Lawlor, has supplied Flood tribunal lawyers with all documents requested.
During the hearings conducted by Mr Justice Smyth, Mr Lawlor told the High Court he believed he had complied with his obligations to produce documentation concerning his financial affairs to the tribunal. Tribunal lawyers attempted to establish this was not the case.
