The Supreme Court yesterday reserved judgment in an appeal by British Nuclear Fuels plc against a High Court decision in March 1995.
In the High Court, Mr Justice O'Hanlon decided that an action against the company can be heard in the Irish courts. Four Dundalk people are seeking to stop BNFL operating its' thermal oxide reprocessing plant (THORP) at Sellafield, Cumbria, England.
