The High Court has reserved judgment on a challenge by the Minister for Education and Science to a decision of the Information Commissioner that three newspapers are entitled to receive individual schools' Leaving Certificate results for 1998.
The two-day hearing of the action by the Minister against the commissioner and the three newspapers - the Sun- day Tribune, Sunday Times and the Kerryman - concluded yesterday. Mr Justice O Caoimh said that he may give judgment in September.
