LONDON - A retired vicar whose company supplied fireworks to the primary school display where a headmaster, Mr David Hattersley, was fatally injured is to be questioned, by the Health and Safety Executive. The Rev Ronald Lancaster (65), whose firm is one of Britain's leading independent fireworks manufacturers, will show his records to the team investigating the accident today.

Mr Hattersley (45) died on. Saturday after a device exploded in his face as he masterminded a display for 400 people at High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, on Friday night. A second man was killed when a firework exploded in his face at Dartford, Kent. The 34 year old city trader and father of two has not yet been named by police.
