Ten travelling families secured a High Court order yesterday allowing them stay on at a site beside Tallaght bypass. The families had been served with a notice to leave the site at noon yesterday. But an hour before that deadline expired, Mrs Justice McGuinness granted the families an injunction stopping South Dublin County Council from enforcing the order until next Tuesday. The judge was told the council had on Thursday served 24 hours notice on the families to leave the site.
