Industrial production in Ireland showed a slight decline in the three months to October, according to figures released today by the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
According to the early global estimate, the seasonally adjusted volume of industrial production for the three months ended October was 0.8 per cent down on that for the previous three month period.
The year on year increase for October was 16.9 per cent. However the CSO warned this was an early estimate based on the actual returns for the firms which have already responded for the reference month.
