Lilly Walsh is a 47-year-old married woman from Co Cork. For 20 years she had been under constant medical care for various chronic problems including an irritable bowel-like condition which led to headaches, asthma, skin rashes and weight gain. She also suffered from hyper attacks which would come on without warning, trigger serious bouts of high blood pressure and leave her shaking all over. Her laboratory report suggested she suffered from two serious allergies; she avoided the foods concerned, and within two weeks all her symptoms disappeared.
