* Entertaining on a budget is the theme of a one-off cookery workshop on Thursday night in Killiney, Co Dublin.
It is one of a series of cookery courses run by Maggie Lynch of the Soul Food Company. On Saturday, April 10th, she will hold a full-day class on whole foods for health, and on Saturday, May 1st, another full-day class entitled Easy Food for Busy Mums (and Dads). * The Irish Preschool Play Association (IPPA) is hosting a series of workshops in Dublin this week aimed at explaining the play-based curriculum, which is now regulated.
