Children facing life-threatening illnesses at Our Lady’s Children’s Hospital, Crumlin, will feature in the Documentary on One on RTÉ Radio One on Saturday at 2pm (repeated on Sunday at 7pm). Produced by journalist Brian O’Connell, The House that Ronald Built includes interviews with family members staying at Ronald McDonald House in the hospital grounds while their children receive treatment in the hospital.
Hidden entanglements within families will be explored in a Family Constellation workshop on Sunday from 9.30am-1.30pm in the Greystones Holistic Centre, Church Road, Greystones, Co Wicklow.
The approach, which is based on the work of family therapist Bert Hellinger, is used for addictions, relationship problems and emotional and financial distress. Cost €50.
