Blackpool - A man was being questioned last night in connection the death of a teenager whose headless body was found dumped in a bin at a seaside resort. But detectives stressed they were still hunting whoever might have killed 17year-old funfair worker Christopher Hartley and dismembered his corpse.
The 29-year-old man being held in Blackpool was arrested 50 miles away in Salford, Greater Manchester. Police are trying to trace the source of a telephone call that led them to make the arrest.
