Gardai in Store Street are seeking witnesses to a serious assault which took place in Dublin last night.
A man in his 40's is in a critical condition in Beaumont Hospital after suffering head injuries in an attack on Marlborough Street at 8.15 p.m. last night.
Gardai are trying to make contact with a woman who is in her early twenties, who was wearing a white woolen jumper and had brown hair. she was pushing a buggy in the Marlborough Street area at the time of the incident.
