Gardai are appealing for information about two teenagers from Athlone, Co Westmeath, who have been missing from their homes since January 5th. Sandra Francis (15) from St Paul's Terrace is described as five feet tall, with a fair complexion, brown eyes and brown shoulder length hair. She was last seen wearing grey cord trousers, a grey jumper and a cream jacket.
She may be accompanied by Michael Portill, also 15, from Cherryfield Avenue. He is described as five feet, six inches tall, of stocky build, sallow complexion and with light brown hair and blue eyes. He was wearing green jeans, a white tee shirt and a blue jacket with a Reebok logo on it.
