Gardaí have appealed for help in finding a 12-year-old Nigerian girl who has been missing from her Dublin home since Saturday, April 3rd.

Dera Arowoshaye went missing from her address at Riversdale Avenue, Palmerstown, Co Dublin.

At the time of her disappearance she was wearing a matching beige jumper and slacks, a peak cap and runners. She was also wearing large round earrings.

Gardaí describe Dera as being five foot, four inches in height, of medium build, and with short curly hair. She is softly spoken and can speak good English

Dera is known to frequent the Tyrellstown and Parnell Street areas of Dublin, and she may be in either of these locations.

Anybody who may be able to assist in finding Dera should contact Ronanstown Garda Station (01-6667700).

Gardaí are also concerned for the welfare of Linda Duff (14), who has been missing for the past five weeks.

She missing on Wednesday, April 7th from her home in North Dublin. It is believed she may be in the Dundalk area.

Linda is five feet, five inches tall,  stocky build, with long blonde hair and blue eyes. When last seen, she was wearing a blue Manchester United top, blue Nike tracksuit bottoms and Nike runners.
