Two people died in Northern Ireland yesterday following road traffic accidents. At 8 a.m. a 53 year old man was killed when his van was in collision with a car on the Milltown Road in south Belfast. His name has not yet been released.

At 2 a.m. yesterday, a man in his 30s, Mr John Graham, from Ravelstown Parade, Glengormley, on the outskirts of Belfast, was killed and another injured when the car they were travelling in crashed into a tree on the Lisburn Road near Glenavy, Co Antrim.

On Sunday evening Mr Robert Booth (76), from Dunbeg Road, Lisburn, died after two cars collided near Hillsborough, Co Down.

In Hollywood, Co Down, yesterday morning a woman died following a fire at her flat in High Street. She was named as Mrs Jeannie Bishop Price Stephen (77).
