Gardai have released a man in his late 20s who had been questioned about the death of a man in Bray, Co Wicklow.
A file will be sent to the DPP.
Mr Gary Madden (30), of Roger Casement Park, Bray, was found unconscious on waste ground near the town's Ravenswell Road at 10.30 p.m. on Monday. A post-mortem examination found he had died of head injuries.
