Cairo - Six Egyptian police officers accused of negligence over last month's tourist massacre in Luxor have appeared before disciplinary councils. The highest disciplinary council charged the former Luxor police chief and his deputy with ignoring warnings from state security that Luxor sites were targets for the militants.
