A 19 year old student who claims to have lost the tip of her ring finger in an accident on a bus has sued Dublin Bus for £30,000 for personal injuries.
Yesterday Ms Cindy Carroll, counsel for Ms Michelle Barry, Rowlagh Crescent, Clondalkin, was granted discovery of records relating to the Clondalkin Neilstown bus concerned.
Ms Carroll was also granted discovery of security records on buses in the Clondalkin and Ballyfermot areas over the last three years in relation to another £30,000 action.
