The National Asset Management (Nama) was successful on Thursday in its application to have a case due to be heard in October against property developer Ray Grehan and his estranged wife, Geraldine, delayed, contrary to a report in yesterday’s paper. However, Nama’s lawyers, who were heavily criticised by the judge for being slow to lodge complaints about the quality of disclosure by Ms Grehan, were not successful in their application that she should be made responsible for the legal costs caused by the delayed action.
Instead, Mr Justice Eder made no order as to costs.
