Game blame: Ticketmaster appears to have made a complete pig's ear of selling tickets for next month's Heineken Cup semi-final between Munster and Leinster at Croke Park.

First, 266 Leinster season ticket-holders were able to take advantage of a “human error” which allowed them to buy an unlimited supply of tickets, and next it increased its already much-criticised service charges from €4.50 to €5.25 because of a “slight glitch”.
