Two local youths were arrested following an attack on two Latvian nationals in Clonmel, Co Tipperary, at the weekend.
Both youths were released yesterday, and a file is being prepared for the DPP.
The two Latvians, Mr Sandes Garozes (22) and Mr Anatoles Kapturs (32), arrived in Ireland last week to work in a piggery at Monksgrange, five miles outside Clonmel.
Mr Kapturs's injuries required seven stitches in his lip, and his face and arm were badly bruised. Mr Garozes was also badly bruised.

Another man, a local, was also attacked early on Saturday morning, in what gardai described as a related incident.
