A MAN who claims the idea for the TV show Celebrity Bainisteoir was his has had his action alleging breach of copyright adjourned at the High Court.

Patrick Kinsella, Callowhill, Newtown, Wicklow, has brought his proceedings against the show’s commissioning editors Gráinne McAleer and Alice O’Sullivan, RTÉ director general Cathal Goan and writer Fiona Looney.

He says Ms Looney has claimed to have come up with the idea for the show.

Mr Kinsella claims his reality TV game/sport show was to be called Top Coach, Top Manager or Top Team.
