Kilkenny's DJ Carey has recovered from a broken finger and will line out for the All Ireland champions when they take on Dublin in the NHL on Saturday.

The hurling All Star sustained the injury during Kilkenny's win over Waterford in the league curtain raiser but returned to training this week and will replace Stephen Grehan in his favoured position of half forward for this weekend's encounter at Parnell park.

Elsewhere, corner back Walter Burke will make his debut as he replaces the injured Philly Larkin.

Kilkenny will be aiming to maintain their 100 per cent record in the league to date while Dublin, with just one win from four this campaign, must hope an unexpected win can lift them from the foot of the Division One A table

However, the Dubliners can take some heart from the shock Walsh Cup victory over the Cats earlier this year.

Kilkenny- J McGarry; M Kavanagh, N Hickey, W Burke; R Mullally, P Barry, JJ Delaney; D Lyng, T Walsh; DJ Carey, H Shefflin, W O'Dwyer; C Carter, M Comerford, E Brennan.
