Los Angeles - A private funeral Mass for Frank Sinatra will be celebrated in Beverly Hills, California, on Wednesday after a vigil service the night before, a family spokeswoman said. Cardinal Roger Mahony, Archbishop of the Los Angeles, will officiate at both services.
Burial is to be private. A location was not given, but the Sinatra family has a plot at Desert Memorial Park in Cathedral City, California, where Sinatra's mother and his lifelong friend Jilly Rizzo are buried. The family asked that instead of flowers, donations be made to Catholic charities or to the Barbara Sinatra Children's Centre at Eisenhower Medical Centre.
