A Criminal Assets Bureau receiver is to assess the assets of members of the Felloni family who are serving prison sentences for drug offences.
Mr Justice O'Higgins appointed a CAB solicitor as the receiver who will carry out the assessment.
Mr Peter Charleton SC, for CAB, said Anthony Felloni, his daughter Regina and son Luigi had been the subject of High Court orders in 1996 which directed that their "realisable assets" be restrained on the basis that they constituted the proceeds of drug trafficking.
The matter was adjourned to April 23rd.
