A CIA technical analysis has determined the latest tape broadcast of Osama bin Laden was likely the voice of the al-Qaeda leader and made in the past six months, a CIA spokesman said this afternon.
"Following a technical analysis of an audio tape aired on al Jazeera on Octobor 18, the CIA assesses that the voice is likely that of Osama bin Laden," the spokesman said.
