Assault suspect held on remand

A Wexford teenager who sexually assaulted a young woman as she lay comatose from poitin in a Courtown car park two years ago has been remanded in custody to December 16th by the Central Criminal Court. The 16 year old was on bail since he pleaded guilty in October to aggravated sexual assault of the then 18 year old victim on June 12th, 1994. The case was adjourned while reports were prepared.
