ANOTHER prisoner involved in the controversy over the composition of the Special Criminal Court was given leave by the High Court yesterday to seek his release.

Mr Michael Cully (46) was granted leave by Mr Justice Kelly to seek an inquiry under Article 40 of the Constitution into the legality of his detention. Mr Erwan Mill Arden SC made the application on behalf of Mr Cully, who is on remand in Portlaoise Prison.
