About 537kg of tobacco and 10,000 cigarettes, valued at £65,000, were seized by Customs officers in Dublin yesterday, following a surveillance operation. It is thought the goods arrived from Luxembourg.
The owner of the haulage company and the driver of the truck involved were interviewed and later released.
