Two Belfast men were charged last night in connection with a hit-and-run incident in which a boy died. Eamon Armstrong (7), of Shaws Road in west Belfast, was killed when he was struck by a car on Tuesday night. A 25-year-old man has been charged with hijacking and dangerous driving, causing death, and with two counts of dangerous driving, causing grievous bodily injury. A 27-year-old man is charged with hijacking. They will appear before Belfast Magistrates Court this morning.
