Pedregalejo and El Palo: There are one-bedroom apartments in Pedregalejo for €132,000 and €145,000, while in El Palo a two-bed apartment would fetch €180,000-€190,000 with a four-bed apartment on offer at €240,000, all within walking distance of the beach.

Cerrado de Calderón and Limonar: Prices in these luxurious areas range from €250,000-plus for two to three--bedroom apartments with access to a swimming pool in Cerrado de Calderón, €450,000 and upward for four to five-bedroom apartments, usually with a swimming pool and many with panoramic views of Malaga bay.
