A FIVE-storey over basement retail and office building at 7 1A Westmoreland Street, Dublin 2, has been sold by tender for around £550,000. McNally Handy and Partners handled the sale of the period building, which backs on to the Temple Bar area. The 5,400-square-foot building was occupied for many years by Coal Distributors. The agents say the building is in need of some refurbishment, which would qualify for capital allowances and rent and rates relief because it is located in the Temple Bar area.
