A PRIVATE investor has paid close to £700,000 for a four-storey over basement Georgian building at 17 Harcourt Street, Dublin 2. The 8,300-square-foot building is currently producing rents of £78,000 per annum. A 1,300-square-foot suite in the basement is vacant, as well as a mews house with 1,100 square feet. Jones Lang Wootton, which handled the sale, is quoting £9 per square foot for the available space.
