From Docklands apartments to a redbricks from Sandymount to Ranelagh, there is lots to see this Saturday

THE Dublin Docklands Development Authority is putting its remaining stock of affordable-housing apartments up for sale at a series of open-day viewings, beginning this Saturday. Lisney is handling the sale of 18 one, two and three-bedroom homes both north and south of the River Liffey, in developments such as Spencer Dock, Longboat Quay and The Waterfront. One-bedroom flats start at €110,000, two-beds cost from €195,000 and three-beds start at €229,000.

In Kilmainham, Dublin 8, a terraced house at 549 South Circular Road is new on the books at Felicity Fox, asking €575,000. The three-bedroom house has been renovated in recent years in a traditional style and has polished timber floors throughout the ground floor, a homely breakfastroom with quarry tiled floor and exposed brick wall with fireplace inset, and an extended 16ft kitchen with French doors leading to a large patio style garden.

Another terraced redbrick, this time on Serpentine Avenue in Ballsbridge, is for sale through Lisney, asking €745,000.
