European men's fashion retailer, Louis Feraud, is to rent a redeveloped building one door from Grafton Street at 24 Duke Street, Dublin 2. The company will be paying a rent of over £100,000 (€126,970) per annum for the unit - the equivalent of £185 (€230) per sq ft. It has almost 600 sq ft at street level and a further 474 sq ft on the first floor, together with 800 sq ft of storage and staff facilities in the basement.
The shop was redeveloped by Irish Life Investment Managers and Beauwalk Properties. DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Lisney handled the letting.
