The final phase of Ellier Developments' Woodstown Village scheme at Knocklyon, Dublin 16 is launching next Thursday with the Ross Mc Parland agency.

A total of 38 three and four-bedroom semis will be on offer, ranging in price from £205,000 (€260,300) to £275,000 (€349,180).

First launched in 1997 as a self-contained new village in the Dublin mountains, the development is now occupied and Ellier's comprehensive landscaping programme is maturing nicely.

Speedy access to the newly opened section of the Southern Cross route, which is minutes away from the site, will be a bonus for commuters.

The new phase is close to the village centre, which includes a chemist, Spar, a video shop, Chinese restaurant and a creche. There will be four different houses to choose from and two styles of three-bedroom semis.

The least expensive three-bedroom house of 1,020 sq ft costs from £205,000 (€260,300). A slightly larger 1,090 sq ft three-bedroom semi from £215,000 (€272,990) has an extended kitchen/breakfastroom with attractive Velux ceiling windows.

There are two sizes of four-bedroom semis. The smaller house of 1,270 sq ft is priced from £235,000 (€298,390).

A feature of this unit is a smart maple extended kitchen-cum-breakfastroom with roof windows.

Top of the range are four-bedroom semis of 1,335 sq ft on large corner sites and with integrated garages, priced from £275,000 (£349,180).

Ellier's good standard of finish and attention to landscaping has contributed to the runaway success of the Woodstown scheme. Over 30 acres of the development is open space and the cul-de-sac layout reduces through traffic.
