The Fitzpatrick Hotel group is to sell its Georgian office headquarters on the seafront in Dun Laoghaire at auction on June 21st. The company is relocating to purpose-built open plan offices in Killiney. Joint agents Druker Fanning and Partners and Daphne L Kaye and Associates are quoting in excess of £1 million for the two storey over basement building at 14 Windsor Terrace. It has a floor area of around 3,500 sq ft. The agents say that while it is an ideal office building, it could also be converted for residential use.
