DUBLIN radio station FM104 is to move from The Ballast Office on O'Connell Bridge to Hume House in Ballsbridge, Dublin 4, where it is to rent 7,000 square feet at £12.50 per square foot. The 25-year lease provides for a break option in the 10th year. Dermot Hanrahan of FM104 said its new accommodation was large enough for its future needs and was located conveniently among the advertising community of Dublin 2,4 and 6. Willie Dowling acted for Irish Life, owners of Hume House.
