Fingal considers service stop on motorway near Balbriggan

Fingal County Council is considering a planning application for a two-storey motorway services premises along the M1 motorway near Balbriggan.

The complex will have a floor area of 145,000 sq ft to accommodate a 124-bedroom hotel and restaurant, newsagents and food concessions, a 32-pump filling station and two-pump truck fuel station - as well as 270 parking spaces. The entire development will be located on a site of 7.56 hectares.
