Like Castlethorn, Ellier Developments has also opted to release another phase of its current housing scheme, which will be ready for occupation before next summer. The company has already sold more than 200 houses in its Woodstown Village development at Ballycullen Road, Knocklyon, Dublin 16, and is now taking bookings for 26 three, four and five-bedroom houses. Prices start at £135,000 and Sherry FitzGerald is handling bookings. Woodstown Village will eventually have 600 houses on a 60acre site at the foothills of the Dublin mountains. Its close proximity to the Southern Cross Motorway will make it easily accessible to the west and north of the city.
