In Glenageary, 27 Adelaide Road, three-bedroom semi, made £465,000 through Sherry FitzGerald auction.

A two-bedroom mid-terrace house, 64 Smyth Villas, York Road, Dun Laoghaire, was sold at auction for £157,000 through Peter Lawlor & Associates.

In Monkstown, Co Dublin, a five-bedroom semi-detached period house, Ard Sonais, at The Hill, made £2,025,000 at a Lisney auction. In Dublin 18, 15 Carrickmines Little, Foxrock, was sold at a Lisney auction for £640,000.

In Stillorgan, a three-storey four-bedroom house at 28 Arkle Square was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is quoting £375,000.

A three-bedroom apartment at 48 Castledawson, Sion Hill, Blackrock, was withdrawn at £320,000 and sold later for a higher price through Wyse & Co.

Also in Blackrock, a two-bedroom cottage, Bella Lucina, at 5 Annaville Avenue, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Douglas Newman Good.
