In Sandyford, Co Dublin, a strong price of £1,075,000 was secured at auction by Daphne L. Kaye & Associates for Lacken, an eight-bedroom split-level house on 1.9 acres at Woodside Road.

Elsewhere in south Dublin, Sherry FitzGerald is seeking £450,000 for Valentia, on a fourbedroom detached house Saval Park Road, Dalkey, following its withdrawal from auction.

In Glenageary, 27 Adelaide Road, three-bedroom semi, made £465,000 through Sherry FitzGerald auction.

A two-bedroom mid-terrace house, 64 Smyth Villas, York Road, Dun Laoghaire, was sold at auction for £157,000 through Peter Lawlor & Associates.

A three-bedroom bungalow, De Porres, on the Old Lucan Road, Palmerstown, was sold at a Sherry FitzGerald auction for £265,000.

A two-bedroom cottage at 25 Dodder View Cottages, Ballsbridge, was withdrawn at £191,000 and sold later for a higher price through Gunne Residential.

In Sandymount, Woodbourne, a four-bedroom semi-detached house at 22 Durham Road, was withdrawn and is under negotiation through Sherry FitzGerald.

A two-bedroom mid-terrace house at 35 South Lotts Road, Ringsend, was withdrawn at £220,000 and sold later for over £240,000 by Sherry FitzGerald.

In Dublin 4, 9 Waterloo Lane, a three-bedroom mews house, was withdrawn by Casey Properties, which is quoting £750,000.

A three-bedroom house at 6 Leeson Court, Upper Leeson Street, was sold under the hammer for £442,500 by Sherry FitzGerald.

Nearby, at 124 Upper Leeson Street, a four-bedroom period terraced house was withdrawn at £840,000 by Keane Mahony Smith.

In Terenure, Dublin 6, a fourbedroom semi at 42 Rathdown Drive made £516,000 through Douglas Newman Good.

A five-bedroom semi at 88 Fortfield Road was withdrawn by Lisney, which is seeking £350,000.

Lisney is quoting over £1 million for 71 Palmerston Road, Rathmines, a five-bedroom period house, after it failed to sell at auction.

Lisney is quoting £485,000 for a three-bedroom terraced house at 41 Upper Beechwood Avenue, Ranelagh, following its withdrawal from auction.

A four-bedroom semi-detached house at 6 The Orchard, Ranelagh, made over the £450,000 guide price prior to a Lisney auction.

Still in Ranelagh, 52 Sandford Road, a four-bedroom terraced house, was withdrawn at £525,000 and is under negotiation through Casey Properties.

A refurbished four-bedroom semi-detached house at 14 St Kevin's Gardens, Dartry, was withdrawn by Gunne Residential, which is seeking over £480,000.

In Milltown, Dublin 6, 1 Coolnahinch, Dundrum Road, a three-bedroom semi-detached house, was withdrawn at £220,000 by Mason Estates, which is quoting £240,000.

In Dublin 8, 18 Lombard Street West, South Circular Road, a three-bedroom mid-terrace house, made £375,000 through Lisney.

In Dundrum, Dublin 14, 2 Taney Park, a two-bedroom semi-detached house, sold for £416,000 at a Gunne Residential auction.

Still in Dundrum, a four-bedroom bungalow at 7 Ailesbury Lawn made £325,000 by Hamilton Osborne King.

Meanwhile, a one-bedroom cottage at 29 Millmount Grove, Dundrum, was withdrawn by Sherry FitzGerald, which is seeking £99,000.

In Co Meath a 2.5-acre site on Dublin Road, Ashbourne, made £1.275 million at auction through Grimes.

Morrisseys withdrew Molloys public house, at 4 George's Street Dun Laoghaire. Joint agents Sherry FitzGeraldRoyal and O'Leary fetched £540,000 for The Antique Tavern pub, Slaney Street, Enniscorthy, Co Wexford.

In Co Carlow, five-acres at Glenora, Blackbog Road, were withdrawn at £1,025,000 and sold later for a higher price by Sothern Auctioneers.

A 2.3-acre site at Bilberry, Waterford, Co Waterford, made £435,000 through John Rohan.

Elsewhere in Co Waterford, a site of almost an acre in Dunmore East was sold at auction for £75,000 through John Rohan.
