Barclaycard, the credit card division of Barclays Bank, has leased 33,000 sq ft of office space in the newly completed Ballymoss House block at Sandyford Industrial Estate in Co Dublin. The company will pay slightly over £17 per sq ft for the first and second floors and £700 for each of the 86 car-parking spaces. Hamilton Osborne King handled the letting.
