A manageable country house with 10 acres and outbuildings just over a mile from Enniscorthy, Co Wexford will be auctioned by Kehoe & Associates next month.

Clonhaston House is expected to make over £500,000 in two lots. The five-bedroom Victorian house on seven acres carries a guide price of £350,000-plus; the stone buildings and coach-yard with three acres could make £150,000, according to selling agent Barry Kehoe.
