Ganly Walters is quoting £800,000-plus for 5 Percy Place, a pretty mid-terrace two-storey over garden level Georgian house overlooking the Grand Canal near Mount Street Bridge. It goes to auction on March 1st. The house has been used as offices by estate agents McCabe Crisp and Partners for several years and is now vacant because the agency has merged with Ganly Walters.
