£450,000 quoted for Tallaght showrooms

GUNNE is quoting a guideline price of £400,000 to £450,000 a new showrooms of 1,600 square feet and three two-bedroom apartments at Old Bawn Road, Tallaght. Dublin 24, which are to be auctioned on June 25th. The agents say the showrooms should produce an income of £35,000 per annum while the apartments would probably bring in a further £18,000.
