Lisney's Belfast office have achieved £3.3 million sterling for a 2.67-acre residential development site in east Belfast, a record for the eastern suburban area. The same agents are also understood to have achieved another record price for a site with pl anning for a single house in Belfast. It is believed that a price of £600,000 sterling was paid for the site at Notting Hill in the Malone Road area in a private treaty sale about two week.

Mr Alastair Dunne, director of Lisney in Belfast, said the sale of part of the CIYMS grounds in east Belfast, with outline permission for 48 apartments, reflected the strength of the market for apartment development in suburban Belfast.
