LISNEY is seeking a premium of £200,000 for Harry Moore's store at 39/40 Henry Street, Dublin 2. UK chain Dixons has agreed to take over five Harry Moore shops. The Henry Street premises has 2,900 square feet of retail space on three floors.

Harry Moore is paying a rent of £139,500 for the building, which is owned by Scottish Provident.
