A site of 2.5 acres for a new health and fitness facility has come on the market at Cherrywood, the 400-acre business, leisure and residential cente in south Dublin. The joint developers, Dunloe Ewart plc and British Land are inviting leisure operators to put forward design and finance proposals for the site. Cherrywood is ultimately expected to have over 1.5 million sq ft of office accommodation with about 12,000 people working in the park. Technology giants Dell and Lucent already occupy over 20,000 sq ft of space. The agents are Jones Lang La Salle and Harrington Bannon.
