A ready-to-go site with full planning permission for 30 homes at The Glebe, Jugback Lane, Swords, Co Dublin, is to be auctioned by Hamilton Osborne King on April 26th. The agency is quoting a guide price of £1.5 million (€1.9m) for the site which has planning permission for six three-bedroom townhouses, 12 two-bedroom duplex units and 12 one-bedroom apartments. In Tullamore, Co Offaly, joint agents DTZ Sherry FitzGerald and Cowen Auctioneers expect to secure over £2 million (€2.54m) for a site of 6.5 hectares with outline planning permission for 154 houses when it is auctioned on April 25th. The site is located on the outskirts of the town at Collins Lane.
